Recently purchased a used RDX and brought it to Island Acura to catch up on due maintenance, including timing belt, water pump, battery etc. Made an appointment on advance and my service advisor Joe checked me in within minutes. Used coupons from their website and prices were very fair. Service was completed same day as promised. Received text message with access to my paperwork and was able to pay my bill online from the train on my way to the shop. Was on my way in minutes. This was a top notch dealer service experience.

My wife and I are repeat customers of Island Acura. Our recent visit to the dealership was to turn in our leased 2021 TLX and finalize our new lease for a 2025 RDX. Our experience with the dealership from the receptionist who greeted us very warmly to the salesman, Rock T. who was very professional, knowledgeable and provided a very competitive lease deal, to the service department representative Joe R who is also very professional and knowledgeable. In addition Matt S., the accessory and tech guy was a big help. Overall it was a very positive experience.

This past June I was looking for a new ride and found myself at Island Acura in Wantagh. The salesman, Bob Garchitorena, was a nice guy, understood what I was looking for and got me into a RDX. Joseph Cannizzaro made the paperwork seamless. On a separate visit I found Jose Herrera, service manager very helpful. Parts Manager, Ray Mauricette, was helpful also.

My third time around with Bob Gio. RDXRDXRDX... great guy (as is pretty much everyone at this dealership). Never oversells, no pressure, fully familiar with all options and classes of all Acuras. He spent almost an hour showing all the bells and whistles (and this is my third RDX!). Always calls back when I call. Always emails promptly. At this point he feels like family.
