I’ve been to many Acura parts dealer before where they agent always seems more busy than the help you’re seeking from them. But here at Island, parts Agent Frank really does go beyond to listen to an Acura owner like myself and render the best help possible using all of the tool, booklet etc. plus the price for parts is better at this location

I am not working on my 9th or 10th car with Island Acura over the last 25 years. On the sales side, Bob Gio is the best. Professional and Responsive to my needs. On the service side, Joe Robinson is also the best service manager of any dealership I have ever experienced in the past.
Customer service rep is easy to understand and they know the history of the car. Some work can be pricey but the quality is very good.

I had my electric car serviced at Island Acura. I've heard many stories online of folks not getting the correct software update and just general frustration at other Acura dealerships. My experience has been the opposite - the service department was very professional and all work completed perfectly. Definitely recommend.

I went to several dealership and called a bunch more. I was given false estimate from bayshore acura and ended up walking out dealership. I called island Acura few days prior and joe mulchay told me the previous estimate given was incorrect at bayshore to call him back when that occurs. The salesman, Bobby G, the finance manager, Joe C and the tech Guro Matt S were all pleasant to deal with. This is my second car I have purchased from Bobby in the last three years, and each one was no pressure. Joe C the finance manager was also no pressure to be pushed into extra items, and Matt S was so helpful setting up my new RDX. I would absolutely recommend this dealership, and the employees 100%. They are all extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful with the purchase of my RDX.
The place was clean and all workers very helpful, nice, attentive and not just looking for the deal. They sincerely were willing to please the customer.

From talking to receptionist Tina and greeting by rep. Jose, I had an exceptional experience. I was scheduled at another dealership. Upon arriving, I was told to come back within 4 hours. We recently had our MDX in for some routine maintenance. The work was done the right way and when the dealership said it would be done. Our Service Advisor, Joseph, doesn’t push unnecessary work on us and works with us to accomplish our service needs in the most cost effective way. Our initial vehicle purchase and subsequent service experiences with Island Acura have all been positive!
