Love these guys! My husband and I have been Acura owners for many years. Love Acura cars but I was really annoyed when I put a delicate neckace on the niche in front of my GPS screen because I needed a friend ( who lives a few minutes away) I was picking up to put it on me. I was shocked to see it missing until I noticed there was a decent size gap between the screen and the plastic and my necklace fell into the crack. Annoying!! I brought in my car late on Friday to the service dept. Bryan at the desk promised they would do the best they could in the service department. After about 15 minutes he bright me the bad news they took the top panel and both side panels off. No luck. No necklace. I asked if I could go back into the service garage to tell them what the necklace looked like. I found a two guys down on the front floor of my car on both sides still really looking. Not giving  up yet. A few other guys saying they tried but no luck. They let me look since I knew what to look for. Supplied me with a flashlight. I was sick about the necklace which was a special gift. Finally I saw a glimmer of the delicate chain. Took a while to lodge it out with their help. They were so nice and actually gave a crap about my necklace. Without these specify guys I would not have my necklace. Really!!  They were really happy. Me. Acura Island. Forever!  Thanks guys!!!

I had a great experience dealing with Michael Stevenson. He greeted me at the door and answered all of my questions at the time. I had already test driven the car, therefore I just wanted to discuss pricing. Michael was very accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process. He made the decision to buy an Acura from Island Acura an easy one. In addition, the process to pick up the car I wanted was made incredibly simple, as they had no issues finding the car that I desired from another dealer. It took two whole days, and when I came to pick up the vehicle, Michael gave me a brief tour of the vehicle and explained everything that I would need to know to enjoy my purchase.

I had a lease coming due in mid April so I started shopping around early , from mid January, and it was all horrible until I came here.... I had been given quotes that were outrageous at other places and then I received a flyer in the mail about the specials that they had at Acura. Thankfully I saved the flyer, my husband looked it over and called up. They were kind, courteous and Darren was great. There was none of the run around that we had at the other dealerships that we went to. The special was perfect. I am extremely happy with my new ILX lease. I have a good rate for a really great car. I feel like I am getting my money's worth. Had it not been for that flyer.... I would hate to think what would have happened. Thank you sooo much Island Acura!

The dealer Michael Stevenson was very pleasant and made sure we were comfortable before asking what I was looking for. There was absolutely no pressure involved which makes the experience much easier. He answered all my questions and even added his own input on what he thought I didn't need. He truly wasn't just looking to sell me what I didn't want. He was extremely knowledgeable and called me right back even after I purchased the car. The dealership is clean and accommodating as well.

Island Acura is the best service center I have ever had the pleasure of using. The past 17 years I have owned two Acuras and Joe Robinson has always been fair and honest with me. He keeps my car running great without breaking the bank. Amazing A++++ service!!
